Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking a Site Manager to lead our fleet operations in Glasgow. You will oversee warehouse teams, drive performance, implement SOPs and ensure safe, efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities include planning workflow, coordinating with external partners, and supporting onboarding and training for new hires. A hands-on leader with a drive for continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics/operations, senior lead.
• Experience managing large teams in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital tools and data platforms (MS Office, G-Suite, ERP, Tableau).
• Curiosity about new technology and AI; ability to use digital tools to streamline work.
• Understanding of business management, financial and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership training and conflict resolution skills.
• A valid driver's license for Scotland.

What You'll Need To Embark

• 3+ years of previous work experience within logistics, operations, etc, preferably in a high-paced environment as a senior leader
• Experience managing large teams
• General knowledge of digital work tools (MS-office, G-suite, ERP systems) and data tools (e.g. Tableau).
• Curious about new technology and AI, and confident using digital tools to streamline your daily work.
• General understanding of business management, financial and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership training and conflict resolution.
• A valid driver's license for Scotland
