Job summary

Voi Technology AB in Glasgow is seeking a Site Manager to lead our fleet operations team across the warehouse and field. You will supervise a large warehouse workforce, implement SOPs and coordinate with 3PLs and local partners to ensure safe, efficient service for our end users.

This role combines people leadership with process improvement, shift planning, performance tracking, and hands-on vehicle maintenance to extend lifetime and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or operations leadership
• Experience managing large teams
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient with MS Office, G Suite, ERP and data tools such as Tableau
• Valid driving license for Scotland

Responsibilities

• Supervising and ensuring high performance in the warehouse teams
• Implementing SOPs and coordinating with 3PLs and local partners
• Shift planning and performance tracking across field and warehouses
• Hands-on vehicle maintenance to extend vehicle lifetime and reduce costs
• Acting as safety role model and maintaining a safe work environment
• Onboard and train new team members and liaise with external partners
