Job summary

Givenchy Beauty Ambassador at Fenwick, Brent Cross, is a full-time retail role within the LVMH Fragrance Brands portfolio. You will deliver luxury customer service, share product knowledge, and represent the Givenchy Legacy in-store.

You will build genuine guest connections, stay updated on fragrances and makeup, and support in-store events while upholding brand standards and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/retail is advantageous.
• Able to work weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication and storytelling about products.

Responsibilities

• Inspiring customers with the Givenchy Legacy through storytelling while providing outstanding customer service.
• Approaching guests and building genuine connections.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
• Maintaining store standards including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Delivering luxury experiences for all customers, advising on Givenchy Beauty products.
• Building effective in-store relationships.
• Planning and delivering in-store events.

ROLE: Givenchy Beauty Ambassador

LOCATION: Fenwick, Brent Cross

HOURS: Full Time, 37.5hrs/5 days
