Job summary

Givenchy, part of the LVMH group, is seeking a dynamic Beauty Ambassador to join our team in London. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share knowledge on prestige fragrance and makeup, and build genuine connections with guests while maintaining luxurious store standards.

In this role you will present brand storytelling, support events, and collaborate with the team to ensure a premium in-store experience for all customers, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Ambassadors demonstrate a can-do attitude and high grooming standards.
• A passion for exceeding targets.
• Flexible hours across retailer schedules, including weekends/evenings.
• Confidently advise on prestige fragrance and makeup products.
• Previous sales/retail experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers with the Givenchy Legacy through storytelling while delivering outstanding service.
• Approach guests and build genuine connections to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, fragrances, and creative ideas.
• Keep store standards including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Deliver luxury experiences, advising on Givenchy Beauty products.
• Build effective in-store relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Plan and deliver in-store events to showcase products.
