Job summary

Givenchy, part of the LVMH group, is seeking a dynamic Ambassador to join our Manchester team. You will engage customers with passion for fragrance, share the brand story, and deliver exceptional service in-store to help clients discover the perfect scent.

You will keep up-to-date product knowledge, support visual merchandising, and participate in events. This full-time role requires 37.5 hours weekly with weekend/evening flexibility and a professional, groomed appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales/retail is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for fragrance and ability to build connections.

HOURS: Full Time, 37.5hrs

Key Responsibilities

• Inspiring our customers with the Givenchy Legacy through story telling whilst providing outstanding customer service
• Being able to approach our guests and build genuine connections is a must
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas
• Maintaining store standards including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
• Be a Givenchy Ambassador with a can-do attitude and the highest grooming standards
• Flexible working across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings

Required Experience
