Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Gifting & Partnerships Manager to shape marketing for the Gift Card portfolio across Dining Out and all M&B brands. You will drive campaigns across multiple channels, leverage customer insights, manage key B2B partners, and build retailer partnerships to grow guest acquisition and loyalty.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on activation, budget stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic Marketing Innovation team.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar Partnerships or Gifting role.
• Experience within a large multi-layer organisation, highly desirable.
• Highly numerate and commercially focused. A data driven decision maker with strong analytical skills and commercial curiosity.
• Well organised with strong project management skills.
• Great ability to build, develop and maintain strong working relationships.
• Retail marketing experience across the full marketing mix.
• Good understanding of consumer segmentation, profiling, analysis and channel development.
• A strategic and commercial attitude to sales and marketing.
• An absolute focus on delivery and implementation, on time, to plan and on budget.
• Degree educated [preferably marketing discipline] or equivalent experience in brand marketing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver marketing plans across the Gift Card portfolio to drive YoY sales and volume.
• Lead through-the-line campaigns across CRM, digital, store and social media.
• Manage larger B2B Gift Card clients and annual marketing plans within their channels.
• Oversee mall relationships with retailers (e.g., Tesco, Sainsbury's, Amazon) and implement plans.
• Test new in-store, online and B2B marketing concepts and use insights for future activity.
• Support strategy development for partners to drive guest acquisition and incremental sales.
• Manage partnerships marketing plans and day-to-day third-party and internal partnerships.
• Implement card-linked marketing activity and ensure profitability measures.
• Collaborate with the Gifting & Partnerships Manager on ideation and market exploration.
