Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers seeks an Assistant Gifting & Partnerships Manager to drive marketing plans for our Gift Card brands and partner networks. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to grow guest acquisition, engagement and loyalty.

The role covers cross-channel campaigns, B2B client management, and mall/retailer partnerships, with a hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Partnerships or Gifting role.
• Experience within a large multi-layer organisation, highly desirable
• Numerate and commercially focused with strong analytical skills
• Well organised with strong project management skills
• Retail marketing experience across the full marketing mix
• Degree educated in marketing or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans across Gift Card brands to drive YoY sales and volume.
• Deliver through-the-line campaigns across CRM, digital, in-store and social media.
• Manage larger B2B Gift Card clients and annual marketing plans.
• Oversee gift card mall relationships with retailers and partner ecosystems.
• Test new marketing concepts and leverage insights for future activity.
• Manage budget and supplier/partner relationships to deliver campaigns.
