Mitchells & Butlers is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive digital strategy for premium brands. You will manage content across websites and apps, coordinate email campaigns, and oversee a dynamic social media presence to boost engagement and bookings.

This role offers flexible hybrid working and strong earning potential. You will work with the Premium Digital team and contribute to the growth of our Brand App, delivering high-quality digital experiences and compelling content

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 18 months of demonstrable, relevant marketing experience.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Clear communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and optimise website content to drive conversions.
• Skilled in creating, curating and publishing engaging content for organic, paid and local social channels.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the digital communications plan for the brand across channels.
• Keep website and app content up to date and optimised to drive bookings and sign-ups.
• Brief and coordinate email campaigns via the CRM team.
• Coordinate discount codes with the digital data team.
• Support the reward program across email, web app and social platforms.
• Own the social media plan and collaborate with creators and influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for seamless execution.
