Job summary

KBR is seeking a Country & Business Development Lead for Poland to drive growth in its Mission Technology Solutions. You will identify opportunities, shape strategy, and build strategic relationships with the Polish armed forces and defence community. This role is Poland-based with hybrid work and travel.

Fluency in Polish and working-level English, plus extensive defence sector experience, are essential to lead direct commercial sales and bid activity within a fast-paced European team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the military / defence sector.
• Proven business development in defence.
• Experience with bids and proposals.
• Strong network across armed forces and defence industry.
• Fluent in Polish; working English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new opportunities within the Polish defence market.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, military and industry stakeholders.
• Represent MTS as the country lead for all direct commercial sales.
• Lead and support bid activity from positioning to proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming programmes.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
