Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s presales function in the DACH region. This founding role lets you shape the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not follow a pre-existing model.

You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment.
• Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to discovery points and agenda with the AE.
• Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions.
• Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on customer input, escalating to the AE.
• Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and related deal-structuring concepts.

Responsibilities

• Sales Cycle Ownership & AE Partnership: Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements and environment.
• Demo Excellence: Design and execute repeatable demos that show Synthesia's value and build relationships with technical champions.
• Product Expertise: Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities, roadmaps, and industry use cases to support effective demos.
• Ecosystem Collaboration: Share feedback with Product and Product Marketing and help create reusable assets like demo scripts and playbooks.
