Job summary

Atlassian in London is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to partner with Account Executives and build a healthy pipeline for the Mid-Market segment. You will work with Sales Operations and Marketing to craft targeted outreach and messaging, while reporting to a Sales Development Manager.

You will prospect, qualify leads, and engage decision makers through calls and emails, leveraging Salesforce and Outreach.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German is required or beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to build pipeline and hit quota.
• Qualify customer business leads via proactive outreach and research.
• Conduct cold calls, emails and other outreach to engage decision makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partner and operations to develop lead gen strategies.
• Navigate objections with value-driven messaging.
• Articulate product value to customers clearly.
• Build your pipeline with Enterprise teams.
• Write personalized emails to delight customers.
• Use Salesforce, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator to manage workflow.
