Job summary

Matched, a global SaaS vendor in FinTech, seeks an Account Executive - German Speaking to drive growth in the DACH region. Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home, selling to Professional Services and Financial Services clients.

You will combine new business and account management, build strategic account plans, and present tailored FinTech solutions to senior stakeholders while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SaaS sales experience with new business and account management.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience selling FinTech, Tax, Compliance or Financial Automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales and renewal strategies.
• Lead customer meetings and develop presentations for complex sales opportunities.
• Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities within territory or market segment.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue and retention.
