Job summary

Abacus Medicine Group is hiring a German-speaking HCP & Patient Support Associate to coordinate orders and support healthcare professionals across the DACH region. You will process customer information by phone and email, manage global orders, and resolve inquiries in German and English with accuracy and empathy.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience, maintaining data quality in systems, and collaborating with Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience or a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and validate customer information via phone and email.
• Manage and coordinate global orders to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.
• Support healthcare professionals, patients, and customers with enquiries and requests.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications in German and English.
• Ensure customer data is accurately maintained in our systems.
• Triaging and resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally; collaborate with internal teams.
• Support training programme administration and access to online training platforms.
• Assist with product, pharmacovigilance, and medical enquiry processes per procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences.
