Qualifications

• A degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in German and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and safety enquiries via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Use approved information to provide clear, accurate responses.
• Document adverse events and safety concerns per regulatory standards.
• Log enquiries in internal systems clearly and timely.
• Support service quality by verifying safety reports.
• Write high-quality tailored medical responses when needed.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Occasionally participate in after-hours coverage on rotation.
