Job summary

Approach People Recruitment’s client is seeking a German-speaking Marketing Manager based in London to lead marketing in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will craft localized campaigns across digital and IRL channels, partnering with creators and local brands while driving user acquisition and brand growth.

You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for Germany and the wider DACH region, work with founders and the creative team to tailor the brand voice, and bring a mix of creative

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (spoken & written).
• 3–5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience running localized campaigns across Germany.
• Ability to build compelling stories and track ROI.
• Bold, fast-moving approach in a high-growth startup.
• Bonus: experience with influencers, creators, or online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy for Germany and the wider DACH region.
• Launch and grow localized marketing campaigns—from influencer activations to paid social and content.
• Identify and partner with creators, communities, and local brands.
• Drive user acquisition and engagement through performance-led marketing.
• Work closely with founders and creative teams to adapt brand voice for the DACH audience.
