Job summary

Monotype seeks an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead DACH regional marketing, driving demand, pipeline growth and brand awareness across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will align with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Global Marketing to execute ABM campaigns across digital, events, webinars, email, social, and content channels.

The role requires an AI-native marketer with enterprise experience, a strong budget owner mindset, and a track record of measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• 5+ years in B2B field marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation within enterprise.
• Proven track record of integrated marketing programs driving demand, pipeline growth and brand awareness.
• Experience executing brand campaigns and activating a regional brand framework including thought leadership and events.
• Strong understanding of digital, event, content marketing and multi-channel campaigns.
• AI-native approach with hands-on AI in day-to-day marketing; building reusable prompts/workflows is a plus.
• Experience with AEO/GEO monitoring tools is a plus.
• Proficiency with modern marketing tech including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional marketing plan to drive demand generation, pipeline growth and brand awareness across the DACH region.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Global Marketing to deliver initiatives aligned to business priorities for GKAs and Enterprise accounts.
• Plan, execute and optimize ABM campaigns across digital, events, webinars, email, social, content and partner channels.
• Increase brand awareness and engagement through thought leadership, executive programs and integrated campaigns.
• Activate Monotype's brand in the DACH market and localize campaigns while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance planning, localization, content creation, personalization, reporting and optimization.
• Grow Monotype's visibility in AI-driven search engines; monitor prompts and share of voice; collaborate with web/content teams.
• Measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, brand awareness and ROI with data-driven insights.
• Own the regional marketing budget, agencies, vendors, and event execution; ensure ROI.
