Major Players is seeking a German-speaking Social Account Director to lead the German market for a globally recognised brand. You will be the senior client lead, guiding strategy and delivery while collaborating with a UK team and a growing European presence.

This hands-on role demands strong client relationships, commercial oversight, and leadership across organic, paid, influencer and creative workstreams. London-based, hybrid working, with travel to Germany as needed.

Formación

• Fluent or native German and strong English, both written and spoken.
• Experience at Account Director level, or as a Senior Account Manager ready to step up, within a social-first agency.
• Strong background in social media account management, rather than primarily above-the-line or media planning.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders.
• Commercial confidence, including managing budgets, SOWs and project profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the senior day-to-day contact for German market stakeholders and lead meetings in German and English.
• Own account health, profitability and growth, including budgets, scopes of work and spotting upsell opportunities.
• Scope and respond to briefs, then lead campaign planning and execution across organic, paid, influencer and creative workstreams.
• Guide the European team on always-on content and ensure global/UK work lands with local relevance.
• Bring German social trends and platform knowledge to the client portfolio.
• Work with UK account, strategy and influencer teams, owning delivery from brief to sign-off.
