Job summary

Fender is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor in the United Kingdom to nurture our dealer network and drive product sales to meet targets. You will handle outbound calls, maintain order accuracy in SAP, and provide inbound support via email/chat/phone to dealers and BDMs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German language (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound sales calls to dealer accounts on the assigned area to drive online product sales.
• Achieve set sales targets for the assigned area.
• Create and maintain an effective call plan to maximise coverage and relationships.
• Enter and maintain all sales orders in the SAP system.
• Provide inbound email/chat/telephone sales support for dealers and BDMs, including order entry, stock checks, and account updates.
• Promote sales offers and new products to generate sales.
• Maintain high product knowledge and relationships with clients.
• Stay aligned with Business Development Managers and share feedback on sales activity.
