You will communicate with German-speaking and international customers, advise on parts, services and solutions, and work closely with our technical teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has automotive industry experience, understands vehicle components and fault symptoms, and can explain technical information clearly in both German and

Qualificações

• Experience in the automotive industry (parts sales, service desk, or workshop background).
• Strong understanding of vehicle components, systems, and fault symptoms.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Experience in customer-facing or telephone-based roles preferred.
• Fluency in German and English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and trade partners.
• Advise customers on suitable parts, services, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Manage live chat and online enquiries.
• Create invoices, proformas, credit notes, and courier labels.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Act as the link between customers and internal technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate with German-speaking and international customers.
