Job summary

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation in the UK is hiring an Inside Sales Advisor to strengthen relationships with the dealer network and drive product sales across online channels. Based in East Grinstead or London (Endell Street), you will run outbound calls, handle inbound queries, and maintain SAP orders while achieving sales targets.

A German-language capability is required, along with proven sales experience in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound sales calls to dealer accounts for specific online products.
• Attain set sales targets for the assigned area.
• Create and maintain an effective call plan, ensuring full coverage of the area to maximise sales and establish routine with customers.
• Enter and maintain all sales orders received onto the SAP system.
• Provide inbound email/chat/telephone sales support for dealers and BDMs, including order entry and maintenance, stock availability requests, account information updates, back order clarification and product information.
• Promote all sales offers and new products to generate sales.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all new and existing clients in assigned areas.
• Establish and maintain a high level of product knowledge for the relevant product lines being sold.
• Maintain regular contact with Business Development Managers and share feedback on sales activity.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Sales and Support Manager.

Key Purpose of the Job

Working within the Inside Sales Team, the Inside Sales Advisor will be responsible for establishing excellent relationships with Fender’s established dealer network to make ongoing sales for products and achieve set sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Make regular outbound sales calls to new and existing dealer accounts on the assigned sales area for specific online products
• Attain set sales targets for the assigned area
• Create and maintain an effective call plan, ensuring full coverage of the area to maximise sales and establish routine with customers
• Enter and maintain all sales orders received onto the SAP system
• Provide inbound email/chat/telephone sales support for dealers and BDM´s. Including:
  • Order entry and maintenance
  • Stock availability requests
  • Account information updates, including dealership and credit details
  • Back order clarification and maintenance
  • Product information, including specifications and release dates
• Promote all sales offers and new products in order to generate sales
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all new and existing clients in assigned areas
• Establish and maintain a high level of product knowledge for the relevant product lines being sold
• Maintain regular contact with Business Development Managers and share feedback on sales activity within their specified areas
