Bitwarden is expanding its sales footprint and is looking for an Account Executive focused on the DACH region. The role requires professional fluency in English and German and is remote within the UK.

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of new account or business development experience with a track record of engaging the Partner ecosystem to drive revenue, managing the quota, and developing go‑to‑market plans. This is a remote UK position with global reach.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of outside high‑tech IT sales experience.
• Experience engaging the Partner ecosystem to drive revenue.
• Ability to drive quota targets and manage lead flow, pipelines and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage a 3–5X pipeline in the territory.
• Close business with 1000+ employee companies.
• Maintain CRM pipeline visibility and quarterly revenue forecasting.
• Plan territory and support marketing events and campaigns.
• Recruit, onboard and enable partners to engage in demand generation.
• Develop regional partner plans mapping strengths to accounts and opportunities.
• Track inbound/outbound lead flow with partners and Bitwarden sales teams.
