DACH Account Executive – German-Speaking (Remote)

Job summary

Bitwarden is expanding its sales footprint with an Account Executive role focused on the DACH region. This remote position can be based anywhere in the UK and requires professional fluency in English and German.

The candidate should have 4–8 years of new account or business development experience, a proven ability to engage partner ecosystems, and a track record of meeting quotas. You will work to recruit partners, develop go-to-market plans, and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
• IT security product experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience at a startup or pre $100M revenue company is desirable.
• Proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue.
• Knowledge and relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners within a multistate region will be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage leads to build a 3-5X pipeline in your territory.
• Close business with 1000+ employee companies.
• Maintain a sales pipeline in the CRM with quarterly revenue visibility.
• Plan territory and provide sales support as needed.
• Drive short- and long-term revenue through focused activities.
• Recruit and onboard partners, grow partner relationships, and run joint demand-gen programs.
• Develop regional partner plans mapping strengths to accounts and opportunities.
• Track inbound/outbound lead flow between partners and Bitwarden sales.
• Collaborate with marketing on events and campaigns to stimulate partner opportunities.
• Set and achieve financial goals with focus partners.
• Drive multiple channel initiatives across technical, services, and sales teams.
