Job summary

1Password is hiring an Account Executive for a remote UK role. You will own a geographic territory within EMEA, focusing on acquiring new SMBs and expanding existing accounts. You will drive pipeline, manage opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to close deals.

The role requires 2+ years in SaaS sales, German language proficiency, and a proven track record of meeting quotas. UK-base with commission-eligibility and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with SMB or Mid Market accounts.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Experience owning a geographical territory within EMEA.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Experience upselling and cross-selling within a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your designated territory within the UK, focusing on new SMB clients and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs with consistent outbound activity.
• Identify upsell opportunities using Extended Access Management and coordinate with internal teams.
