Job summary

Aspire Recruitment is seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Advisor (German Speaking) in Liverpool City Centre. The role is office-based with a hybrid model, 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, and pays £27,300 per year with bonus opportunities. You will handle customer interactions in English and German across multiple channels.

You will deliver a high-touch customer experience, work to KPIs and SLAs, and may engage in upselling or cross-selling within a service-led approach.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual (German and English) essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
• Experience in meeting KPI and SLA targets.
• Background in customer service; call centre or similar role preferred.
• Upselling or cross-selling experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalised and inspiring customer experience across phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements.
• Support customers across the full journey with a wide service scope.
• Coordinate with partner network stakeholders on interactions.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved.

Job Title: Bi-Lingual Customer Service Advisor (German Speaking)

Salary: £27,300 per annum (Full-Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours) with bonus opportunities

Location: Liverpool City Centre (Office based with a hybrid model)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8am-4pm)

Are you an experienced Bi-Lingual Customer Service Advisor(English & German Speaking) able to handle all customer interactions in a professional and friendly manner? We are recruiting for this roleto join a globally known company at their Liverpool City Centre office.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in influencing future of the company’s service and shaping customer experience for this and other campaigns. You will interact with customers across all channels and provide a high touch experience for customers at all times.

What You'll Do

• Providing a personalised and inspiring customer experience that brings the brand to life in a 'sales through service' approach across all communication functions (phone, e-mail, live chat and social media).
• Engaging with customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements.
• Covering a large scope of services to support customers across the full customer journey.
• Managing customer interactions involving stakeholders from the partner network.
• Ensuring KPI's and SLAs are always achieved.

Key Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Bi-lingual (German and English speaking) is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written speaking experience within both English and German speaking.
• Experienced in working towards and achieving set KPI and SLA targets.
• Background in customer service - via call centre, customer service led roles. It would also be desirable to for this be travel or hospitality led however this isn't essential.
• Be desirable to have experience in up-selling or cross-selling.
