Job summary

Work Lyf Group Ltd in Stone is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a forward-thinking team. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with hybrid working on Monday and Friday, and a starting salary of £26,000 per year.

You will handle bilingual German/English customer interactions, manage orders and inquiries, and deliver exceptional service across channels. Training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC is available and benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank

Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills with professional communication.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• German-English (written and spoken)
• Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all communication channels.
• Manage orders, enquiries, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism.
• Prioritise, organise, and process all customer requests within agreed timeframes.
• Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
• Communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels, as well as external partners such as couriers and logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is processed correctly.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly, accurately, and collaboratively as part of a team.
