• Build and maintain relationships with customers across German-speaking regions.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues while delivering excellent service.
• Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Warehousing and Finance to meet expectations.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Keep records of interactions and transactions updated.
