Job summary

Start People Ltd. in Doncaster is seeking a Spanish or Portuguese speaking Customer Service Professional to support international clients across European markets. You will handle enquiries, orders, and inquiries while building strong relationships with customers.

The role requires fluent Spanish or Portuguese, strong English, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Monday–Friday, full-time, with full training and progression opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (written and verbal).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Service, Support, Sales Support, Account Management or Administration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for Spanish or Portuguese-speaking customers via telephone, email, and online channels.
• Managing customer enquiries, orders, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate information is maintained within company systems.
• Resolving customer complaints, issues, and queries efficiently.
• Liaising with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Providing product, pricing, and service information to customers.
• Updating CRM and internal systems with customer interactions and order information.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
