Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to join our Heanor team. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and support projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, sales advisor, internal sales or customer service role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent administration and organisational abilities.
• Confidence handling multiple enquiries and priorities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office apps.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn technical products.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, power generation or industrial environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries relating to standard generator products and equipment.
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Follow up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise order conversion.
• Manage opportunities and customer interactions through Salesforce.
• Process customer orders and maintain records using internal systems.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain pricing structures, margins and discount levels.
• Keep stock and product information up to date.
• Support monthly sales reporting and forecasting activities.
• Promote additional products and services where opportunities arise.
• Ensure high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Comply with company procedures and quality standards.
