SF Recruitment is recruiting a Parts Sales Advisor for a North Nottingham location. The role involves handling customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels, identifying parts, preparing quotations and guiding orders from enquiry to completion.

The successful candidate will have prior parts sales or customer service experience, a confident communication style, and strong IT/system skills to navigate parts databases. This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent benefits.

Parts Sales Advisor North Nottingham Permanent Excellent Benefits £28,000 - £33,000 | Full-time

SF Recruitment are working with a well-established business to recruit a Parts Sales Advisor to join their busy team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous parts sales experience who enjoys speaking with customers, managing enquiries and seeing orders through from initial enquiry to completion.

The role will involve handling incoming enquiries across phone, email and online channels, identifying the correct parts, preparing quotations and following these through to conversion.

Day to day will include:

• Handling customer orders, quotations and general enquiries
• Identifying the correct parts using manuals, systems and online resources
• Preparing and following up quotations
• Building relationships with customers and providing a high level of service
• Following up outstanding enquiries and converting these into orders
• Working closely with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Resolving customer queries and keeping them updated throughout
• Monitoring sales activity and conversion levels
• Supporting the wider team in achieving sales targets

What we're looking for:

You’ll ideally have previous experience within a parts-based sales or customer service environment and be comfortable identifying products, dealing with customer enquiries and managing orders.

You’ll be a confident communicator with a good commercial approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up different IT and parts systems.
