Job summary

Rehlko in the United Kingdom seeks a regional generator hire sales professional to grow a portfolio of clients and deliver tailored power solutions.

You will work with operations and engineering teams to ensure service delivery excellence, build long-term client relationships, report on pipelines, and represent Rehlko at client sites and industry events.

The role offers a competitive base salary, an OTE of £70,000+, a company car and fuel card, bonus and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in generator hire or related equipment sales.
• 3+ years in field sales, business development or regional account management.
• Strong technical understanding of diesel generators, temporary power or plant hire.
• Commercially astute, target-driven and able to negotiate at all levels.
• Excellent communicator, both in person and digitally.
• Able to work autonomously across a large territory.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a regional portfolio of clients, delivering tailored generator hire solutions.
• Proactively seek out and convert new business opportunities across your territory.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Represent WBPS/Rehlko at client sites, trade events, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, framework partners, and project stakeholders.
• Accurately report on pipelines, forecasts and market activity.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and follow internal hire procedures and CRM systems.
