Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is expanding its HR team at London Heathrow. The HR Advisor will support the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, employee relations and change projects, for a defined employee group.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, based at London Heathrow, with responsibility for providing a full HR advisory service, managing ER cases, coordinating recruitment, payroll-related tasks and HR administration. CIPD Level 5 qualification would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification would be an advantage.
• HR Advisor experience, ideally gained in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• A passion for building relationships and delivering a professional HR service.

Responsibilities

• Working with a defined business area to provide a full HR advisory service and guidance on a range of employee issues.
• Managing employee relations cases including providing professional advice, attending meetings and preparing and issuing accurate documentation whilst ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Acting as a trusted partner on recruitment requirements including setting up advertisements, sifting CV’s and interviewing candidates, coaching managers on best recruitment practice and issuing offers of employment in line with agreed terms and conditions.
• Managing the HR administration for the defined business area including sickness absence monitoring, payroll input, new starter and leaver processes.
• Reporting of monthly trends, actions and issues and suggesting solutions to the business.
• Working with the HR Business Partner on various projects.
