Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services in London Heathrow is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support the full employee life cycle within a defined area. You will advise on employee relations, recruitment and workforce changes while maintaining HR processes and policy standards.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, and requires a practical, hands-on approach with strong relationship-building skills and CIPD Level 5 or above advantageous.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role you will need: CIPD Level 5 or above would be an advantage
• HR Advisor experience, ideally gained in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
• Passion for building relationships and delivering a professional HR service

Responsibilities

• Working with a defined business area to provide a full HR advisory service and guidance on a range of employee issues
• Managing employee relations cases including providing professional advice, attending meetings and preparing and issuing accurate documentation whilst ensuring adherence to company policies
• Acting as a trusted partner on recruitment requirements including setting up advertisements, sifting CVs and interviewing candidates, coaching managers on best recruitment practice and issuing offers of employment in line with agreed terms and conditions
• Managing the HR administration for the defined business area including sickness absence monitoring, payroll input, new starter and leaver processes
• Reporting of monthly trends, actions and issues and suggesting solutions to the business
• Working with the HR Business Partner on various projects

WFS is growing our HR team at London Heathrow.
Our HR Advisors are responsible for supporting the full employee life cycle including recruitment, employee relations and change projects for their defined employee groupings.
