Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in large-format retail.
• Proven ability to drive availability and reduce waste and shrink.
• Strong people development and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning strategy and execution of day-to-day operations across departments (Non-Food, Online, Customer).
• Maximise product availability and minimize waste and shrink while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and department managers to deliver standards, productivity and a consistent customer experience.
• Coach and develop leaders, fostering a culture of empowerment and ownership on the shop floor.
