Asda Clydebank is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store execution across Ambient and Fresh departments, George and General Merchandising in our large-format Clydebank store. You will drive availability, reduce waste and shrink, and coach managers to deliver brilliant standards on the shop floor.

You’ll review processes, embed routines, and manage wage control while building a culture of ownership, empathy and high performance. Excellent leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent store execution and routines to improve availability, waste and shrink.
• Review store processes and embed routines to meet metrics and KRAs.
• Lead and coach managers and teams to uphold store standards across Ambient, Fresh, George and General Merchandising.
• Drive wage control and contract base management while delivering strong customer service.
• Foster a heart-led culture with open, respectful communication on the shop floor.
