Job summary

ASDA in Eastbourne is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store execution, drive availability, waste and shrink improvements, and embed routines across Ambient and Fresh departments, George, and General Merchandising in our large format stores.

You will coach and develop store managers, review processes to deliver strong metrics, and foster a culture of service with heart, openness and accountability. Competitive salary plus benefits and extensive colleague incentives.

• Review store processes to deliver strong metrics and KRAs for availability and shrink reductions.
