You will partner with the Operations Manager and department managers to optimise availability, reduce waste and shrink, and ensure the store runs safely and efficiently.

You will coach teams, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of ownership and exemplary customer service.

• Drive delivery flow, stock routines and compliance to meet store standards.
