We are looking for professionals who blend hospitality-driven service with rigorous property management, able to engage senior occupier stakeholders and steer on-site teams toward excellence in service, budget, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Grade A offices or premium commercial properties.
• Knowledge of service-charge management, landlord-operations, and building services.
• Ability to engage with senior occupier stakeholders and lead on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Take overall operational leadership of a major multi-let commercial office building.
• Create and continually improve an outstanding occupier and visitor experience.
• Lead, motivate and develop the on-site management and service teams.
• Set service culture across reception, security, cleaning, engineering and other building services.
• Manage budgets, service charge expenditure, forecasting and cost control.
