Job summary

The Opportunity

I'm working with a fantastic premium restaurant and bar in Manchester looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team.

This is a hands-on, floor-focused role where you'll work closely with the General Manager, taking real ownership of the day-to-day operation.

You'll lead from the front across service, onboarding, training and people development, ensuring the team consistently delivers a brilliant guest experience.
