Job summary

TipTopJob is partnering with a premium restaurant and bar in Manchester to recruit an experienced Assistant General Manager. This hands-on, floor-focused role works closely with the General Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations.

You will lead on service, onboarding, training and people development, ensuring the team delivers a brilliant guest experience. You will manage labour, KPI performance, bookings and key guest relationships while representing the brand.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in premium, high-quality restaurants.
• Experience leading busy restaurant teams with a hands-on approach.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop front-of-house managers.
• Commercial awareness including labour and KPI oversight.
• Polished, confident on the floor with guest-centric focus.

The Opportunity

Im working with a fantastic premium restaurant and bar in Manchester looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team.
This is a hands:on, floor:focused role where youll work closely with the General Manager, taking real ownership of the day:to:day operation.
