Job summary

COREcruitment is assisting a premium dining venue in Manchester to appoint an Assistant General Manager who will take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead the front of house with confidence.

You will drive service standards, oversee onboarding and training, manage labour, bookings and events, and build strong guest relationships while partnering with the GM and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional experience.

The Opportunity

I’m working with a fantastic premium restaurant and bar in Manchester looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team.

This is a hands‑on, floor‑focused role where you’ll work closely with the General Manager, taking real ownership of the day‑to‑day operation.
