Job summary

Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking an Assistant/ Deputy Manager in training for a structured 12-week program to develop into a General Manager. The role involves regional site rotations to gain hands-on experience in running a Tenpin centre and delivering an engaging guest experience.

You will join a dynamic leisure and hospitality team, with a focus on leadership development, customer service excellence, and managing daily centre operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in hospitality or leisure.
• Demonstrates determination and enthusiasm.
• Highly adaptable to change and able to adapt to different sites.
• Must have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-week training plan to become GM and learn to run a Tenpin centre.
• Travel between regional sites to gain experience across centres.

The Role

As a General Manager in Training, you will receive a 12-week training plan to develop you into the role where you will be learning how to successfully run and manage a Tenpin centre. You will be traveling around the region, gaining relevant experience from our different sites.

The ideal General Manager will be driven, passionate and have a natural ability to create a fun environment for both our customers and team.

Skills You Need

• Previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager, in hospitality or leisure industry,
• Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
• Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
• To be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
