Key responsibilities

• Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
• Innovate and creatively develop the food offering
• Lead, develop, and manage the team members, ensuring up-to-date COSHH, Food hygiene, and relevant training
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with relevant clients at the individual business level
• Ensure the site meets the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
