General Manager: £42,500 per year

We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel, and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened our first store in summer 2021. Today, we operate six stores across London. At The Salad Project, our passion extends beyond quality food; we are committed to nurturing our staff. We seek an exceptional general manager to join our team.

Role | General Manager

• Location: Tottenham Court Road
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
• Reporting to: Co-founders and Operations Manager
• Responsibilities include:
• Managing budgets, costs, and quality control
• Team morale, development, and training
• Implementing and improving service processes
• Maintaining hygiene standards to uphold a 5-star rating
• Stock management, rota planning, and supplier relations
• Monitoring catering and delivery data
• Ensuring store maintenance and hygiene compliance
• Onboarding and training new staff
• Upholding customer service and operational excellence
