Business Travel Consultant – What Will I Be Doing?
• You'll be part of a specialist team focused solely on one client – handling everything from flights and hotels to rail and complex itineraries. Every booking is offline, offering a personal, consultative experience tailored to the client’s travel policy. You’ll liaise closely with internal departments and the client’s global travel team to provide seamless, cost-effective solutions that don’t compromise on service.
Business Travel Consultant – What Experience Do I Need?
• Previous experience in business travel is essential
• Solid working knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus – any is great)
• Confident managing ticketing, reissues, and multi-sector itineraries
• Experience with financial or corporate clients is a plus
• Sharp attention to detail, a team-first mindset, and great communication skills
Business Travel Consultant – What Else Do I Need to Know?
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (37.5-hour week)
• Hybrid from the London office
• Training: 4-week onboarding programme at the London HQ
