MONDAY - FRIDAY ROLE

My client is a leading contract caterer currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of their B&I sites in Camden Town, London.

For this General Manager role, they require someone who has:

1. Strong P&L management experience

2. Experience managing a multi-faceted site with restaurant, cafe, and events

3. The ability to manage a large team of FOH and BOH staff

4. A desire to grow within a forward-thinking company
