Job Details

Hours: 45 contracted hours per week – Full time

Pay: Up to 32,000 per annum + quarterly bonus scheme

Requirements: Mon‑Sun flexibility, management experience

What you’ll be doing

As a General Manager you will be responsible for one of our many thriving locations. You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity. Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets/budgets. Ensure all compliance/health and safety standards are met. Keep the store running smoothly. Drive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and complete financial reports/stock takes.
