Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to guests and staff.
• Lead from the floor and ensure service standards are met consistently.
• Recruit, onboard and develop confident, high-performing teams with training and reviews.
• Drive sales, labour, gross profit and wastage targets while upholding Caravan culture.
• Oversee rota, payroll and compliance using Fourth, Harri, Mapal and Workvivo.
