Caravan in London is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily hospitality, support the General Manager, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will guide floor service, build confident teams, and uphold Caravan's welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering consistent guest experiences.
• Ability to train and develop high-performing teams and managers.
• Comfort with balancing shift management and driving hospitality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality experiences that meet food, drink, and service standards.
• Train, support and develop confident teams with clear training and reviews.
• Drive sales, labour, GP and wastage targets while upholding Caravan culture.
• Manage systems including Fourth, Mapal and Workvivo.
• Maintain property standards, health & safety, and compliance.
• Contribute to management meetings, audits, and action plans.
