Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality experiences to guests and team.
• Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing teams with clear training and reviews.
• Drive sales, labour, GP and wastage targets while protecting Caravan culture.
• Manage systems (Fourth, Harri, Mapal, Workvivo) for rota, payroll and compliance.
• Maintain property standards, health & safety and compliance with EHO/Food alerts.
• Lead management meetings, audits and action plans.
