Caravan in London is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of guest experience, operations and team development across multi-shift service. You will drive standards, recruit and onboard high-performing teams, and safeguard our All Welcome hospitality culture every day.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding hospitality, managing profitability, stock control, and compliance while building a motivated, compliant team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams across multi-shift operations.
• Proven ability to deliver consistent guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
• Aligned with Caravan values and culture, and capable of driving engagement.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food, drink, and service standards are consistently delivered.
• Recruit, onboard and develop confident, high-performing teams with clear training and reviews.
• Drive sales, labour, GP, and wastage targets while protecting Caravan culture.
• Manage systems (Fourth, Harri, Mapal, Workvivo) to oversee rota, payroll and compliance.
• Maintain property standards, health & safety, and compliance with EHO/Food Alert.
• Lead management meetings, audits and action plans.
